– 350 ml coconut water

– 1 lemongrass (geprek)

– 3 bay leaves

– 2 tablespoons Javanese sugar (combed)

– to taste pepper and salt

Ground spices:

– 5 pieces of cayenne pepper

– 5 spring onions

– 3 cloves of garlic

- 6 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tablespoon of stir-fry broth
How to make:
-          Wash the chicken, coat the chicken with pepper, salt and 3 tablespoons of tamarind water, soak for about 15 minutes.
-          Saute ground spices in butter, add lemongrass, bay leaves and palm sugar, saute until fragrant. Add the chicken that has been soaked in coconut water, cook until the water is reduced, and the chicken meat is soft.

- 800 grams of chicken, cut medium size
- 5-6 tbsp sweet soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon brown sugar

- 2 bay leaves

How to make:
-          Wash the chicken, give the lime juice and set aside
